💼 Position Details:
🕒 Part-Time Schedule
💲 Starting at $17/hr
📍 Located in a warm, team-centered environment

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
🔹 Help develop and update individualized care plans
🔹 Support residents and families through emotional and social challenges
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and communication with care teams
🔹 Advocate for resident rights and well-being
🔹 Coordinate with community resources and services as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
✔️ Empathetic and patient, especially with memory care residents
✔️ Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
✔️ Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
