Provides direction, coordination, and support of employee training initiatives within STULZ Air Technology systems, with a heavy focus on training for manufacturing roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with supervisors/managers to understand their internal training needs and provide solutions and recommendations based on industry best practices
Support managers with content creation, learning structure, materials, and delivery of training
Maintain learning catalog, create and assign curricula, and manage all employee training records/learning items with the use of our Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage external learning content providers
Assist employees with LMS issues
Create reports and summaries of employee and department learning progress, training effectiveness, and compliance

Education/Experience:
College degree preferred with 5 or more years of related experience and/or training, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance preferred, or other Training or Human Resources certification
Experience in Instructional Design required
Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience required
SuccessFactors experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Language Skills:
Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees
