The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician (GMT) is responsible for the maintenance of all landscaping and outdoor common areas of the resort. The GMT is also responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of all units, buildings, and common areas throughout the property. This position is vital to guest satisfaction by providing general maintenance, responding to guest needs, performing preventative maintenance projects, and maintaining an overall pleasant appearance for our guests.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician works both inside and outside in different weather conditions, which vary across locations. This position requires the regular use of hand tools and mechanical equipment that requires manual dexterity and that produces a loud noise. Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
